Paperwork process

– Business license.

– Declaration for registration of patent / utility solution (in the form).

– Description of the patent/utility solution, including the name of patent/utility solution, descriptive section protection requesting section and summary;

– Technical drawings, practical illustrations (if any).

Duration: 16 months

Note: Duration of protection – 20 years (patent), 10 years (utility solution)

2. INDUSTRIAL DESIGN

Paperwork process

– Business license.

– Declaration for request for issuance of exclusive patent for industrial design (in the form).

– Description of industrial design.

– A set of photos or drawings of industrial design.

Duration: 12 months

Note: Duration of protection: 05 years, extension 02 times, 05 years for each extension (15 years in total)

3. BRAND

Paperwork process

– Business registration certificate (02 copies).

– Brand samples to be registered.

– Declaration form of brand registration

Duration: 12 months

Note: Duration of protection: 10 years. Can renew multiple times, every 10 years

4. COPYRIGHT

Paperwork process

– Sample of original work (logo, work of fine art, research article, software, etc.).

– Declaration of copyright registration.

– A copy of ID card/passport of the author.

– The transfer document of ownership of the work of the author to the company (in case of registration for the company).

– A copy of the business registration certificate (in the case of registration for the company).

Duration: 10 days + 30 days

Note: Duration of protection: 50 years
