- Managing assets, supervising business activities, liquidating assets of insolvency enterprises and cooperatives, including:
- Verifying, collecting and managing documents and evidence related to the activities of enterprises and cooperatives.
- Making the list of assets, the list of creditors, the list of debtors.
- Preserving property; preventing the sale or transfer of property; preventing the dispersal of property; maximizing the value of assets of enterprises and cooperatives when selling or liquidating assets;
- Supervising business activities of enterprises and cooperatives in accordance with the law.
- Organizing the valuation and liquidation of assets in accordance with the law.
- Representing enterprises or cooperatives in cases enterprises or cooperatives have no legal representative.
- Participating in developing plans for business recovery of insolvency enterprises and cooperatives.
