WORK PERMIT
A Work Permit is an official document issued by the competent authorities of Vietnam, granting foreign nationals the legal right to work in Vietnam.
It constitutes an essential legal basis for employers to recruit and employ foreign workers in accordance with Vietnamese law. Furthermore, a Work Permit is one of the fundamental requirements for foreign employees to complete various administrative procedures, including obtaining a Temporary Residence Card (TRC) and demonstrating their lawful employment status in Vietnam.
