– Power of attorney.

Duration: 05 days.

Dissolution:

–A certificate of completion of procedures for locking the tax code

– Original business registration certificate

– The list of creditors and debt amounts already paid, including the payment of all tax debts and social insurance premiums. (in the forms).

–The list of existing employees and employee’s benefits has been resolved (in the forms).

Duration: 3 months
