Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Suong, a Master of Laws and Attorney-at-Law, joined TAPHALAW in 2018. She currently serves as the Deputy Head of the Consulting Department, overseeing comprehensive legal advisory services and providing ongoing legal counsel to businesses.
With over six years of experience at TAPHALAW, Ms. Suong has been primarily responsible for providing legal advice in various areas, including business, commerce, labor, real estate, finance, banking, inheritance, marriage and family, and intellectual property. She has a particular strength in providing ongoing legal counsel to businesses and individuals, representing clients in negotiations and resolving legal issues arising from business operations. Ms. Suong has extensive experience in litigation, representing clients in various cases before courts and commercial arbitration tribunals. In addition, Ms. Suong has made significant contributions to the development of domestic legislation by providing comments and recommendations on draft laws and subordinate legal documents and publishing legal publications.
