– Assets for enforcement of judgments according to the provisions of the law on enforcement of judgments.
– Assets that are exhibits and means of administrative violations confiscated to the state budget according to the provisions of the law on handling administrative violations.
– Secured assets in cases where the law on secured transactions stipulates that they must be handled by auction.
– State assets are handled by auction according to the provisions of the law on management and use of state assets; assets that are land use rights in cases where the State allocates land with land use fees or leases land are auctioned according to the decision of a competent state agency.
– Other assets must be auctioned according to the provisions of the law.
