Mrs. Huynh Ai Chan has been an integral part of TAPHALAW since its inception. She currently serves as the Director, overseeing general consulting services and client management.
With over 13 years at TAPHALAW, Mrs. Chan has provided in-depth legal advice on investment, contracts, and corporate matters, as well as represented clients in a wide range of litigation cases. She has extensive experience in advising on business, commerce, import and distribution, and mergers and acquisitions. Mrs. Chan specializes in advising on foreign direct investment and conditional business activities in Vietnam. In addition, she has represented clients as an attorney-at-law in civil, labor, commercial, and criminal cases before courts, procuratorates, investigative agencies, and commercial arbitration tribunals.
